Construction and Planning Care
We’ve developed robust planning systems to ensure we’ve thought of everything before construction begins.
Good project management allows us to be efficient, economic and to make the construction process as quick and painless as possible for you.
Consent and Compliance Care
You won’t have to worry about filling out paperwork or dealing with your local Council - AgBuild will prepare and submit the building consent application on your behalf, at no extra cost.
And, of course, we’ll ensure your finished building is fully compliant with all relevant regulations.
Craftsmanship Care
We’re qualified, licensed and experienced builders who’ve chosen to specialise in creating versatile farm buildings that work as hard as you do.
We use our own talented team and we don’t sub-contract, which keeps quality high and prices low.
Whether your build is kit-set or custom, our crew is completely focused on quality and we treat every project with the same standard of care - as if we were building our own home.
Cost Care
After discussing your needs and visiting the site, we’ll prepare a project proposal with a detailed quotation.
Having great relationships with suppliers and not subcontracting allows us to keep our pencil sharp. We’ll always be completely transparent on costing and will work with you to achieve maximum value, within your budget.
Communication Care
We’ll give you a project timeline, let you know in advance when we need you to make any decisions and keep you fully informed of progress. Once your building is completed and keys have been handed over, we’ll keep in touch to make sure it’s making you happy.
